SFT outstanding student project showcase: GFM students leverage Generative AI to shape ALAÏA’s strategic future. Watch the curated presentation video!

Leveraging the theoretical insights gained from Dr. Chloe Ki’s SFT513 course on Luxury Fashion Brand Management, alongside hands-on tutorials on the application of “Generative AI” and the “Metaverse” in fashion branding, a team of GFM students—Donald ZUO, Emmy ZENG, Xuan LI, Zhaoying WU, Aima ZHENG, Yingying ZHANG—have developed a comprehensive set of strategic recommendations for the prestigious luxury fashion brand ALAÏA. 

After conducting a meticulous analysis of the brand’s strategic context and performing an in-depth evaluation of its strategic capabilities, the team has outlined a series of strategic choices aimed at strengthening the brand’s future direction. They have further demonstrated their innovative approach by visualizing their strategy through cutting-edge Generative AI tools.
